Our shinobi class is fast paced and exciting. It's open to young boys and girls age 10 - 17 and we provide a safe and non-competitive environment to learn the foundations of this martial art. Our class will consist of the following: Kihon happo and San-shin, ukemi (rolling and falling), punching/kicking, self defense techniques, ground fighting and weapons. We also introduce them to weapons (traditional and non-traditional). They will also learn to use distance, angling and timing against and attacker instead of speed and strength. To improve their eye and hand coordination as well as teach them target acquisition we run through many different martial art punching and kicking drills.

Our main focus at this level is to teach them to feel comfortable and confident to be able to defend themselves using this ninjutsu martial art - should they be attacked in the street.
