Our Kids martial arts class is fun and exciting. It's open to kids age 4 - 9 and we provide a safe and non-competitive environment to learn jumping, rolling, falling, punching and kicking. We encourage the children to feel comfortable with falling down and rolling on the ground. To improve their eye and hand coordination we teach them the basic punching and kicking drills. Our main focus at this level is to teach them to feel comfortable in the dojo and how to interact with other children their own age.

Parents are always encouraged to take part in the class with their children in order to promote a comfortable environment.
